They will also design and execute fundraising strategies, manage multi-asset portfolios, and ensure robust risk and financial asset management frameworks are in place. Key responsibilities for this role include leading a high-performing team, maintaining relationships with capital providers, and overseeing post-investment value creation plans. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise, and a deep understanding of capital markets instruments. Applicants for the Vice President of Investment and Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree and professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CAIA, or FRM being highly valued. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, asset management, or investment banking is required, along with a proven track record in capital raising, portfolio optimization, and risk management.
