Construction Administrator
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of their client located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Construction Administrator who can assist with the day to day at a busy and growing constructions company. If you meet the requirements please apply now!
Responsibilities :
Creating and sending customer proposals
Creating purchase orders to subcontractors
Inputting invoices through QuickBooks
Maintaining files
Creating customer accounts, vendor accounts and new job orders
Qualifications :
Knowledge in QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and customer service
Team player with positive attitude.
Bilingual is a plus!
Construction background is a must!
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
