Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements : Skills
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, electrical distribution preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in using CRM software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office with experience with Excel Spreadsheets.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
