Salary Range : $130,000-$160,000

As a Sr Project Manager , you'll work directly with C-level leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and deliver high-impact projects that shape the future of the organization.

What You'll Do

• Champion operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Collaborate with executives to define project scope, milestones, budgets, and success metrics
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance and align with business goals
• Manage / SME Power BI platform to deliver actionable insights and commercialize analytics
• Leverage ERP for financials, warehousing, contracts, labor, and materials, etc.
• Design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for senior leadership
• Spearhead modeling and analytics for product launches and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of data-driven innovation and continuous improvement
• Serve as a key liaison between business and IT, managing vendors and strategic accounts
