Help Wanted : Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Some travel will be required to support equipment at off-site locations or client facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Installation & Setup

Assemble and install machinery and mechanical components according to specifications
Calibrate machines to meet operational standards

Maintenance & Inspection

Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

Inspect machines regularly to identify wear, damage, or potential issues

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records

Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex problems

Documentation & Compliance

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Document all repairs, maintenance activities and parts used

More Information

Starting pay will be based on candidate's experience

This position is onsite in Hudson NH

Some travel will be required to off-site locations or client facilities

Valid drivers license and clean driving record is required

Full time : 40 hours per week, M-F, plus overtime and occasional weekends
