Our mission is rooted in empathy, inclusion, and innovationand were looking for mission-aligned professionals to join our team. Position SummaryThe RN Nurse Trainer plays a vital role in supporting the medical, health, and safety needs of clients living in host family settings. This role includes direct training of staff, oversight of medication practices, and being a clinical resource for non-licensed caregivers.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain and authorize staff and non-licensed caregivers in medication administration and safety.Monitor and document client-specific medical needs, including bubble packs, orders, and MARs.Conduct field visits to ensure proper medication handling and regulatory compliance.Provide clinical guidance and respond to medical questions via phone / email as needed.Serve as a support system to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Requirements :
