The

Patient Intake Coordinator

provides administrative support and ensures the patients' charts are in order in accordance with Medicare and company policies and procedures.

Provides administrative support involved in the day to day facility processes including admitting, discharging, transferring, or assisting patients in obtaining transient dialysis treatments elsewhere as well as obtaining transportation services to patients' home or hospital.

Schedule : Full-time, five 8-hour shifts starting at 8am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation : Pay range from $20-$25 per hour, depending on
