About the Role

Responsible for day-to-day operations and direct support of one or more key leaders of the group, to ensure the orderly and efficient management of the department / function. Performs a variety of complex and highly confidential administrative, operational and project-related duties. Working with internal and external constituents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients at DOVE with warmth and kindness.
  • Assist Director and Program Manager with scheduling / coordinating meetings and daily schedules.
  • Pay invoices and place orders for the department (such as office supplies and items for clients).
  • Assist with picking up packages from Northwest Hospital.
  • Assist Director and Program Manager with filing documents (electronically).
  • Complete Domestic Violence client surveys.
  • Assist with meeting agendas, presentations, and taking meeting notes for department.
  • Keep DOVE wellness closet and front desk area stocked for clients.
  • Assist DOVE staff with contacting clients for information (such as emergency client assistance orders, client screening, etc.).
  • Coordinating with vendors / sponsors and assisting with organizing and booking the event.

Requirements

  • Education : AA degree preferred
  • Experience : 1-3 years experience in administrative role. Must be organized, professional, multi-tasker, maintain confidentiality for clients, friendly and adaptable
