Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with tech-savvy FinTech customers to leverage Plaid for their business goals
Own post-sales technical strategy and align customer roadmaps with Plaid's offerings
Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents and track customer integration health
Qualifications
7+ years in a client-facing, technology-focused role, preferably with enterprise customers
Experience managing customer relationships and executing technical strategies
Deep understanding of APIs, databases, and system architectures
Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence processes to meet goals
