Community Association Manager / CAM (LCO2025)

Location : Greeley, CO

Pay : $50,680.00 - $58,160.00 per year

Full‑time, in‑person position.

Responsibilities

Serve as a professional advisor to the Board of Directors for each assigned community.

Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes, governing documents, policies, and procedures.

Provide weekly updates of open items and ongoing reporting to the Board regarding collections, architectural requests, and violations.

Run Board or Annual Meetings and create monthly management reports.

Seek bids for services necessary to the community.

Work with vendors during projects to obtain the desired final product.

Oversee processing and payment of approved bids with the accounting team and develop a complete and accurate annual budget.

Foster positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of service and timely, complete resolution of resident concerns.
