About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Current license from the State of Oregon or eligible for licensure

Certifications : Current CPR certification, BLS, Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)

Must-Have :

Experience in pediatrics

Knowledge of Occupational Therapy related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures

Excellent communication skills

Description :

Evaluates, selects, performs, and directs assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and / or mentally disabled patients.

Works under physician referral.

Collaborates with family and health team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals.

Understands the principles of team approach and recognizes the capabilities and limitations of other team members.

Must possess a positive attitude.

Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
