- Key Responsibilities :
- Sort, scan, and direct incoming mail with accuracy and efficiency.
- Update mailing instructions by liaising with vendors for seamless correspondence.
- Keep meticulous records of mail flow and support documentation processes.
- Engage in special projects and administrative support at our NYC office as needed.
- Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration.
- Background coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration is beneficial.
- Superior attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking prowess.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
