Plano, TX - Hourly Range 30-34hr (6 am - 3 : 30 pm)

Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Electronics PCB Technician with hands-on experience working with Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in diagnosing and repairing electronic components, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other electronic hardware
  • Perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount) and desoldering of components as needed
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Conduct functional and diagnostic testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment
  • Identify faulty components down to the board level and provide effective repair solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing, and quality control checks
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in electronics preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with PCBs in a manufacturing or repair environment
  • Strong soldering skills and knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 a plus)
  • Proficiency using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
  • Ability to diagnose electronic faults at the component level
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Can pass drug and background checks
  • Working hours 6 am - 3 : 30 pm
