A day in the life :

• Griffin Funding is seeking a highly organized and proactive Director of Marketing for digital marketing to support the CEO / VP of Sales by managing and coordinating efforts across multiple external marketing agencies. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining accountability among teams, and driving results to support our mission as a leader in consumer-direct mortgage solutions.

Responsibilities : Agency Management :

Serve as the primary liaison for five external agencies (SEO, PPC, CRO, Video, Social Media).

Oversee content production, SEO initiatives, CRO tests, and video creation.

Manage performance reporting and analysis across all marketing channels.

Create and manage workflows in Zapier for automating marketing processes.

Work closely with the CEO / CMO to prioritize and delegate tasks.
