Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build and run the infrastructure behind a next-generation enterprise AI platform. You’ll take ownership of deployment architecture, automation, and reliability across multiple customer environments, working closely with engineering and forward-deployed teams to ensure smooth delivery of our product at scale.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys deep technical work, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and shaping how a modern AI platform is deployed into large organisations.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and operating containerised environments using tools such as Docker and AWS orchestration services.
• Building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code modules to automate customer deployments.
• Handling configuration, rollout, upgrades, and troubleshooting across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Diagnosing and resolving high-impact issues quickly to keep customer projects on track.
• Feeding insights from real implementations back into the product to help improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Working with customer engineering teams to ensure deployments align with security and compliance requirements.
