Job Summary

This position oversees the administration of total Strength & Conditioning program for Men's & Women's Basketball, Men's & Women's Soccer, Volleyball and other assigned, including facility management, and equipment maintenance.

What you will do

• Designs, implements and conducts sport specific Strength & Conditioning programs that facilitates maximum benefits for all student-athletes and conforms to the needs of the teams' respective coaching staff.
• Oversees and supervises Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach BY ______________
• Supervises and instructs SA (SA needs to be spelled out) and coaches in all facets of weight training, conditioning, flexibility and nutrition.
• Collaborates with coaches and Sports Medicine staff on the overall conditioning, rehabilitation, and welfare of SAs(SAs need to be spelled out).
• Assist Team Physicians and Sports Medicine staff to design and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Reports the progress and compliance of the team workouts to the teams' respective coaching staff.
• Coordinates with the Kress Events Center staff for issues pertaining to facility management and set up.
• Develops and maintains SA (SA needs to be spelled out) records and monitors progress of training programs.
• Oversee general activities in weight room and assist other staff members as needed when pertaining to SAs (SAs needs be spelled out) only.
