Job Title : Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the functionality, safety, and operational efficiency of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role requires a broad skill set, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Ensure the functionality, safety, and operational efficiency of all facilities.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks including electrical and HVAC work.
• Handle materials and manage warehouse inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other necessary equipment.

Work Environment

The work environment is located at the Fleetwood machine shop. The department is not a large area and can be very hot, with fans blowing for ventilation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 / hr.
