Working knowledge of COBOL. Strong DB2, Java, and UNIX skills. Understanding and working (hands-on) knowledge of newer or emerging trends such as Big Data, Columnar databases, NoSQL, Hadoop, MapReduce, social media, data visualization, XML, and unstructured text is a plus.

Required Qualifications :
- 5-8 Years Experience
- Must have MicroStrategy development experience
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills like 3rd normal form and dimensional modelling
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex queries, assess data quality and develop data mappings.
- Experience with multiple data warehousing and analytics development projects
- Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science related fields
- Must have hands on experience with Linux Operating Systems.
- Must have ability to understand and work with code developed by other BI developers.
- Must have ability to work independently.
- Must have extensive experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Must have strong experience in continuous integration within DevOps environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good to have experience working with API Management Tools.
- Good to have Experience working with GIT / BitBucket.
