Chief Financial Officer – A Personal Note from Benny, CEO

I’m Benny, Founder and CEO of OPSWAT. We protect the world’s most critical infrastructure with a business spanning SaaS, software, and hardware globally. Our scale includes 15 subsidiaries and security centers in more than 20 countries.

Next year, our long-time finance leader will move into a part-time role, creating an opportunity for a new CFO to join the executive team. I am seeking a true partner who will work closely with me and the team to build a performance-driven culture where every department is measured financially and held accountable for results.

Public company experience is essential. We are considering taking OPSWAT public in the near future, and you will play a critical role in preparing the organization with processes, governance, and investor relationships to succeed in public markets. Experience in scaling revenues and operations in both public and agile, fast-moving private companies is essential.

Our business combines SaaS, software licensing, and hardware solutions for highly regulated customers. We operate with the agility of a growth company while maintaining the scale of a global enterprise. Responsibilities include expanding into new markets, integrating acquisitions, streamlining operations across subsidiaries, and building automation across the business.

You will have the opportunity to :

• Partner directly with the CEO, executive team, and the Board to shape OPSWAT’s strategy
• Drive a culture where numbers are the foundation for decision-making
• Prepare and lead OPSWAT through a potential IPO with the rigor of a public company CFO
• Build world-class FP&A processes and leverage automation for faster insights
• Oversee finance for 15 subsidiaries ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Optimize diverse revenue streams including SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, and hardware sales
• Address the complex challenges of scaling a high-growth global business

We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. Base pay depends on location as outlined below, plus eligibility for bonuses, benefits, and equity.

FP&A Senior Analyst (example role context within OPSWAT)

Senior Counsel - Product, Privacy and AI

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join as part of the legal leadership. You will report to the General Counsel and work with the executive team, sales, and product teams.
