Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to help design implement and maintain a robust Performance Quality Program. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence through data-driven insights statistical controls and process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with quality management knowledge root cause analysis skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

• 2 years in quality program management operations analysis or process improvement in a customer service environment.
• Proven experience in building or supporting a quality program and improving performance outcomes.
• Proficient in Excel SQL and R for data manipulation analysis and visualization.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods regression models and SPC techniques.
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and audit practices.
• Experience with internal and external quality or regulatory compliance auditing.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling machine learning fundamentals or advanced statistical methods.
• Experience in technology or supply chain industries.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence to present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams and functions.
• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Quality Management Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
