Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience is required from any number of months.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Additional Details : Every other weekend

Block Schedules : No

RTO : 5 days max per contract, no holidays. Must be listed on the profile

Floating : Expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals. Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Also, floating to 3 facilities Community Hospital, Saint Catherine Hospitals, Saint Mary’s Hospital

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months

Call-offs : No more than 2 call offs per 13 week contract
