About this Role :

Our client is looking for a Technical Manager to work on a new project just outside of Wiltshire. This project will be working on bespoke luxury developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a UK leading developer known for delivering exceptional projects across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Bristol with a vision to be the UK's leading and most trusted house builder. The role will suit someone that wants to work for a residential developer who are renowned for their luxury homes and small exclusive developments. You will be delivering these sites to budget, to agreed quality standards, safely, by motivating teams, and performing to the highest level. You will also be responsible for adhering to and always engaging with the quality management system and other company procedures.

The Role :

• Undertake technical due diligence for new strategic land opportunities, including producing summary technical reports.
• Advise on potential infrastructure and abnormal cost allowances for development viability appraisals, commissioning external cost consultants where necessary.

Provide technical assistance to the Land and Planning team during the promotion and planning application stages of development sites within the strategic land portfolio, to ensure projects are technically deliverable, optimised and technical risks are mitigated where possible.< / ...
