The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Educator will train and orient Home Health and Hospice staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and best practices. This role focuses on staff development, professional confidence, and proficiency in clinical tasks. Operating under the Director of Education, the educator utilizes various teaching methods to enhance learning in a supportive environment.

The RN Clinical Educator works under the supervision of the Director of Education to orient, educate, and train Home Health and Hospice Staff in accordance with standards, regulations, and best practice, using a variety of teaching methods. The Clinical Educator assists new and current staff in developing role clarity, professional role confidence, and proficiency. Operates as a change agent in the practice and learning environment, and assists with staff and unit development.

BSN Degree

Current California RN License in good standing

Current BLS card issued by American Heart Association

Current California Driver’s License and valid auto insurance

At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting

Computer knowledge, familiar with various teaching methods and audiovisual equipment

Preferred :

Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in Home Health or Hospice setting

Experience with Netsmart Homecare Application

Bilingual skills in Spanish / Chinese.
