Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and grow Huisong’s business across North and South America. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in natural ingredients or related industries and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Uphold Huisong’s brand reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation.
General Management Responsibilities :
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape short- and long-term growth strategies for the next 5-10 years.Establish and implement regional policies, SOPs, and business development best practices.Recruit, mentor, and train new sales talent to support expansion efforts.Contribute to the development of performance reviews and professional growth frameworks.Qualifications :
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.5+ years of sales experience in nutrition supplements, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrance manufacturing or distribution industries.Strong business acumen with the ability to lead deals from prospecting to close.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Plant Science, Nutrition Science , or a related field strongly preferred.Compensation :
