This role leads the strategy, design, and daily operations of a global digital community, fostering engagement, learning, and connection among customers. You will develop scalable programs that drive product adoption, onboarding success, and customer retention, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Education. The position requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong data-driven decision-making to continuously improve community impact. You will manage community technology, content, and vendor relationships, implement gamification and advocacy programs, and monitor engagement metrics to optimize performance. Ideal candidates are experienced in building thriving online communities in SaaS or B2B environments, capable of independently executing initiatives while aligning with organizational objectives.
