Quality Control Tech- Food Manufacturing

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a Cheektowaga food manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control Technician specializing in food manufacturing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our client's food products adhere to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and performing tests to maintain the highest quality of food products.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular quality inspections of food products throughout the production process
• Perform various tests to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with food regulations
• Document findings accurately and provide reports to management
• Identify any deviations from quality standards and work collaboratively to resolve issues
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in food safety
