Facility Grounds Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a unique position that requires minimal office time. The primary responsibilities of this role will involve conducting door security checks, light property maintenance, and trash clean up at various Ideal Storage locations throughout the Hillsboro, Abbott, and Cleburne area.

Job Description :

• As a key component of this position, you will be required to communicate effectively with Hub Leaders to address any facility-specific needs or concerns.
• Additional duties will include regular overlocking of unpaid units every month, followed by reversing the locks when regular property checks are conducted.
• You will also be required to complete any additional duties as assigned and agreed upon by the employee and management.
