Job Description

Our client, a premier real estate private equity firm with over $10 billion in investments over the last 20+ years, is seeking an Asset Management / Investments Associate in the commerical and data center space to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team and build a long-term career in real estate private equity.

This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, asset management, and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio. Analysts work directly with senior leadership, develop core analytical skills, and take ownership of initiatives that impact property performance and investment outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • BS in Finance, Economics, or a related degree
  • Minimum 2 years of financial experience
  • Experience in asset management
  • Experience with financial modeling
