Talent Acquisition Manager

This position is in our South Bend Indiana location.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage all recruiting and hiring functions for the South Bend office.
Benefits
Securitas will offer a starting salary of $70,000 to $80,000 in addition to a full benefit package that includes :

The Manager will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources, and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years of related experience recruiting in a high-volume dynamic environment such as service industries, staffing agencies, or the event and entertainment industryExperience managing a team of at least 5Natural high sense of urgency is a mustProven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives and drive innovationExperience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systemsGoal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goalsDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlinesAble to work independently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing prioritiesProficient in all Microsoft Office applications; able to integrate multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions; able to use of technology to create meaningful reports and measurementsProfessional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretionOutstanding oral and written communication skillsThorough understanding of state and federal hiring laws, equal opportunity, Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (UGESP), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)Familiar with all HR functions investigations, workers compensation, leave managementResponsibilities
Direct all hiring activities in the branch from Pre hire through New Employee OrientationMinimum of 2 days a week conducting recruiting activities in the surrounding communities, building partnershipsEnsure all approved high volume recruitment process are followedAdequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screenedCreative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basisCollege, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployedNew recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriatelyEnsure recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements related to recruitmentAssist to manage client expectations around recruitment challengesHold recruiter team accountableEducation / Experience : 2+ years high volume recruiting experience and team management preferably out of the staffing industry.
