Vice President Of Supply Chain Strategy & Support
The Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy & Support reports to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and is centrally responsible for developing and administration of Novant Health's supply chain strategy and plan. The VP of Supply Chain Strategy & Support is responsible for ensuring the strategic plan is aligned with Novant Health's broader business objectives, including supporting external growth for all markets including NHE. Works closely with all M&A activity and coordinates and manages those relationships with the appropriate internal supply chain functional leaders. The VP of Supply Chain Strategy & Support will influence and implement industry-best practices that include all aspects of end-to-end supply chain with clarity in processes, systems and people responsibility. This role makes significant decisions to ensure product output meets customer expectations while optimizing internal service levels. The role champions the evaluation and adoption of progressive systems and processes to optimize and track supply chain performance.

What We're Looking For
Education : Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field, required. MBA in Supply Chain and Operations or equivalent, MS, in Science, Economics / Finance or General Management, preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare Supply Chain leadership, preferably in a large and complex healthcare organization, required.
Additional Skills (required) : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
