The Parks Senior Living provi des sh ort-term and long-term nursing and rehabilitation services to the senior population in the Odessa, Texas community. The Parks is a 14-acre campus offering a continuum of care : ILF, ALF, and SNF.

Our therapy department is in-house and provides therapists / assistants with flexibility and learning opportunities, and we are expanding our team.

Occupational Therapist's Job Responsibilities :

Helps residents by providing rehabilitative and skilled therapy maintenance services to persons with mental, physical, psychosocial, or developmental impairments.

Maintains expected productivity / efficiency set by the Director of Rehab or Administrator.

Maintains accurate and timely patients' occupational therapy records by recording residents’ progress and daily notes under federal, state, and insurance guidelines.

Records accurate billing information of occupational therapy services rendered.

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following facility guidelines and procedures.

Serves and protects occupational therapy practice by adhering to professional standards, policies, and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Enhances occupational therapy practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :

Current Texas licensure as Occupational Therapist
