HR Director Responsibilities :

  • Must be familiar with OSHA, DEI policies and Federal / State / Local Business laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with benefits packages (including 401K)
  • Ability to deal with potential litigation
  • Must be experienced with onboarding & exit interviews
  • Experience with ADP, PayCom or similar Payroll software
  • Ability to focus on- retention and turnover rate reduction
  • Workforce planning

    • HR Director Qualifications :

  • At least 5+ years of experience as an HR Director in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience / knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines
  • HR Experience working for a Restaurant Group with at least 7 units
  • HR Experience undergoing New Restaurant Openings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • HR Experience at full service restaurants with full liquor bars
  • Must have valid drivers license and willingness to travel in South Florida
