HR Director Responsibilities :
Must be familiar with OSHA, DEI policies and Federal / State / Local Business laws and regulationsFamiliarity with benefits packages (including 401K)Ability to deal with potential litigationMust be experienced with onboarding & exit interviewsExperience with ADP, PayCom or similar Payroll softwareAbility to focus on- retention and turnover rate reductionWorkforce planningHR Director Qualifications :
At least 5+ years of experience as an HR Director in the hospitality industryProven experience / knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelinesHR Experience working for a Restaurant Group with at least 7 unitsHR Experience undergoing New Restaurant OpeningsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHR Experience at full service restaurants with full liquor barsMust have valid drivers license and willingness to travel in South Florida#post
