Job Title : Pharmacy Tech

Job Location : San Francisco, CA 94114

Duration : 6+ Months

Shift : Monday through Friday, 9 : 30 AM- 6PM

Pay Rate : $23 / hr. on W2

Position Summary :

  • As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services, you will work with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered to patients in their homes.
  • Product preparation, compounding sterile products, and maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to 797 requirements.

Duties :

  • As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, you will work with specialized and complex therapies that are delivered to patients.
  • Communication with patients, prescribers, and colleagues.
  • Frequent phone conversations, emails, faxes.
  • National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification, or licensure per state regulations.
  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus.

  • Retail, specialty pharmacy experience, mail order pharmacy

    • Education :

  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
