Job Duties :

Operate and monitor UV sterilization equipment used for disinfecting or sterilizing medical device components and assemblies.

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the safe and effective operation of UV machines.

Load and unload parts and components into the UV sterilization system, ensuring proper positioning and handling.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of UV machines, including checking bulbs, ensuring proper functioning, and troubleshooting minor issues.

Monitor equipment parameters and record data accurately.

Inspect sterilized parts and components for quality and adherence to specifications. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations for operating UV equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment. Qualifications for Machine Operator :

Previous machine operating experience is required

Applicants must be fluent in English

Must be able to stand for the entire shift, plus bend, lift, twist and move 50 lbs

Applicants will need to be available to train on the day shift  Pay : $17 / HR

Day Shift : Monday – Friday

Hours : 2 : 30 pm – 11 : 30 pm
