Proven experience in HVAC applications, hydronics, piping, and restroom design

Experience reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, and shop submittals

Project Overview : The Mechanical Engineer will manage projects related to mechanical utilities from inception to sustainment. This includes preparing bid-level construction documents, supporting project management teams, and resolving compliance issues.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and design in above and below ground kitchen designs with integration of HVAC applications, high occupant and volume restroom design and execution, hydronics, both above and below ground piping (supply and waste systems).
• Familiar with California Building Code, California energy codes (i.e. Title 24), and other Federal and State guidance.
• BS Engineering from an ABET accredited university or
• Proven experience in mechanical design, implementation and sustainment
