Physician - Part time collaborating (1099)

Responsibilities

The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and / or telehealth wellness assessments on patients' designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will :

• Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
• Regularly performs annual chart reviews
• Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
• Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
