Sheeting Operator I
Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, each level of the Sheeting Operator role plays a critical part in the safe and efficient operation of the sheeter. The responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Employees may be assigned additional duties as required by management, regardless of whether the task is listed.
Daily Tasks :
- Assist with make-ready on the sheeter
- Prepare rolls for processing : staging, setup, and threading through tension rollers
- Inspect each roll prior to sheeting and report non-conforming material to Quality Tech
- Stage loads for the printing operation
- Maintain a clean, safe work area; complete sweep sheets at shift end
- Follow all Safety and Operational procedures
- Assist with machine maintenance

Ability to speak, read, and write in EnglishMechanical aptitude2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)Physical Demands :
Lift up to 40 lbs regularlyPull skids weighing up to 2000 lbs using hand trucksPush rolls up to 3000 lbs with roll moverFrequent stooping, standing, and walkingExposure to heat and humidity in a non-climate-controlled environment
