LEAD THE FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS OF A THRIVING JCC
The Minnesota JCC is looking for an executive who will oversee and drive excellence, innovation, and growth across the JCC's Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Security, Facilities, and Administrative Support teams. This is a role for a leader who thrives in complexity, leads with clarity, and is energized by making systems work better for people.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationMinimum 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial leadership, including CFO or senior-level finance rolesStrong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk managementExperience leading audits, managing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory complianceProficiency in financial systems and the ability to implement or upgrade systems and processesDemonstrated experience supervising diverse operational departmentsExcellent communication skills able to explain complex financial topics to both finance and non-finance stakeholdersStrong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a bias for actionComfortable operating in a mission-driven, community-focused, and values-based environmentPreferred
CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degreeExperience working in organizations, especially those with complex programmatic and revenue structures (e.g., fee-for-service, fundraising, grants)Familiarity with fund accounting, capital budgeting, and long-term financial planningUnderstanding of or willingness to learn Jewish culture and values, and how they inform organizational decision-making
