What Drives Success

This technician performs field activities associated with supporting the installation, maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial customers.

Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial, rooftop HVAC units. This work is often done independently. As such, Technicians must be able to safely :

What We Offer

Compensation :   This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $39,000 – $77,000 . Factors that may affect starting pay include geography / market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to : 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
