Compensation Structure :

  • Base Pay : $25 / hour + Performance Commission
  • Annual Earning Potential : Up to $65,000+ per year, with room for further growth

    Better Me is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized, effective math learning for K8 students. Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience.

    About the Role :

    We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you'll operate your center like a business owner with full support from headquarters and play a critical role in shaping students' learning experiences, families' trust, and the future of the Better Me brand.

    What You'll Do :

    Center Ownership & Operations :

  • Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow
  • Build a positive and trusted relationship with families
  • Monitor student learning and track satisfaction
  • Growth & Marketing :

  • Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
  • Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
  • Work closely with our Growth Team to focus on achieving center targets
  • Team Leadership :

  • Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
  • Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
  • Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching
  • System Contribution :

  • Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Based in the Bay Area & available for in-person full-time work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus but not required
