Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining business-critical software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain new and existing software applications in alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to conceptualize and enhance applications.
  • Analyze current business systems, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and document requirements, specifications, and deliverables for development projects.
  • Create and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, and execution strategy.
  • Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Work with a variety of file formats (XML, fixed-width, delimited) to support data integration.
  • Generate reports and metrics to track development progress and application performance.
  • Partner with third-party vendors as needed to integrate or resolve system issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with : Back-End : .NET Core, C, MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS Cloud Front-End : ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, CSS Database : SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio ( / ).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Excel).
  • Knowledge of data mapping and working alongside project managers / developers.
  • Ability to work with multiple file formats for system integrations.
  • Ability to work standard Central Time hours.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with , , , VBScript, and IIS.
  • Background in the hospitality or related industries (preferred but not required).
  • AWS certification strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
