Inside Sales Representative

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is looking to hire Inside Sales Representatives for our client in Ladson, SC. Our client is looking to build out their US Sales Team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing team. This position will partner with the European office Sales team to build a successful strategy in the US and grow their customer base. Responsibilities

• Identify and target companies across their dedicated assigned regions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Happy to assist other areas of the business as and when required.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of the company’s products and services.
• Communicate technical details effectively to address client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
• Work towards and exceed set sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is a base plus commission structure though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.Qualified candidates, please apply.
