Seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Payable Specialist

The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail is a must.

• This is a full-time position in Clifton, NJ. Not remote.

Essential Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable, including Purchase Order entry, invoice entry, enter bills while receiving items from purchase orders, matching corresponding paperwork, various spreadsheets, other general office duties.

Requirements :

1. Accounting / Bookkeeping background with at least 10 years of experience.

2. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

4. Excellent communication and administrative skills

5. Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
