Automation Personnel Services is looking for a  Reliability Specialist  for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in maintenance and reliability engineering in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, helping drive improvements in equipment efficiency and overall plant performance. Pay Rate $48 + per hour, depending on experience Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Reliability Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Address recurring issues affecting plant efficiency and profitability, reducing downtime and improving equipment performance.
• Identify and manage asset reliability risks through loss elimination and life cycle asset management.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance throughput in manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of reliability problems and propose preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend best practices for improvement. Reliability Specialist Qualifications and Requirements
• Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree and experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years of reliability / maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and statistical data analysis techniques.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
