Responsibilities The Contracts Administrator for Related Companies will be responsible for supporting the legal group and various project development teams as well as interacting with various third-parties through the contract process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Review / vet various proposals from contractors, suppliers, design professionals and consultants Prepare agreements based on Related Companies’ contract templates Handle the contracting process from preparation of agreement though execution Interact with lenders / investors / partners to obtain necessary contract approvals Gain familiarity with overall legal structure of each respective project, including understanding of underlying legal documents relating to the project Prepare legal notices / correspondence Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range : $, + Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Qualifications Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience Bachelor's degree Experience working in a corporate environment Experience working in construction / architecture / engineering / consulting a plus.
