ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a driven, polished, and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive new membership growth, manage the sales pipeline, support daily operations, and elevate the member experience. The ideal candidate excels at converting leads into long-term recurring members and thrives in a high-energy boutique fitness environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute full sales cycle : lead generation, outreach, tours, follow-up, and closingDrive sales for recurring monthly memberships and class packagesAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership and revenue targetsMaintain consistent follow-up across calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactionsBook prospects into intro classes and deliver strong first-visit experiencesManage upgrades, freezes, cancellations, and retention strategiesSupport sales campaigns and create text / email scriptingTrack KPIs and report trends to studio leadershipMaintain complete knowledge of all offerings, pricing, and promotionsCoach Sales Associates to improve performance and reach KPIsDeliver excellent customer service for all members and prospectsSupport instructors during class times for smooth operationsResolve escalated customer issues professionallyParticipate in weekly team / corporate calls and execute action itemsAssist with opening / closing and daily operational flowMaintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standardsUse ClubReady (or similar CRM) to manage leads and revenue dataAssist with newsletters and studio communicationsUphold all policies, procedures, and operational standardsExecute grassroots marketing and attend community eventsBuild relationships with local businesses and partnersSupport in-studio promotions and member engagement initiativesCollaborate with ownership / corporate on marketing campaignsQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of boutique fitness sales experience required, including selling premium recurring memberships and class packages.Proven ability to exceed membership sales goals.Strong communication skills (phone, text, email, in-person).Highly organized with strong follow-through.CRM experience required.Professional, reliable, solutions-focused.Must be available mornings (including early mornings), evenings, weekends, holidays.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand / sit for extended periods.Ability to bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and move throughout the studio.Ability to communicate clearly in person and via phone.BENEFITS
