Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-focused remote pharmacy team. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities, maintain full visibility across several specialized workstreams, and ensure consistent performance and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment balancing oversight of day-to-day operations with strategic alignment, coaching, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to team leads and their direct reports
• Ensure accountability and productivity across all team functions holding team to high standards of accuracy, productivity, and professionalism
• Maintain full situational awareness across multiple workflows; balance competing priorities and reallocate resources as needed
• Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions to reinforce expectations; support development opportunities and ensure engagement among remote staff
• Monitor team performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality audits
• Track and report department performance and ROI to provide leadership with actionable insights on productivity and operational outcomes
• Collaborate with other department leaders to resolve workflow issues, enhance efficiency, and support continuous process improvement
• Develop and manage staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage, balance workload, and support business needs
• Support leadership in diagnosing performance gaps and implementing strategies to drive sustained improvement across the team
• Manage escalations and resolve complex issues
• Lead with transparency and integrity to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence
