Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring seamless functionality, optimized user experience, and timely updates to products, collections, and promotional content.
Process and track customer orders across all channels, coordinating with logistics and suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order-related issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Support marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, SEO-optimized content creation, and promotions to boost traffic and sales.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to recommend improvements in listings, pricing strategies, and the overall buying journey.
Provide regular performance reports and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, IT) to drive ecommerce growth.
