Strong knowledge of needed Litigation tasks and court procedure Ability to handle product liability, person injury defense, business litigation Famaliar with rules of procedure on how to collect various records in TN and GA including but not limited to medical records, Police records, docments form govermental entities Ability to review access, summerize and comprehend various documents.
