The role involves close collaboration with business, technology, data, AI, and finance leaders, as well as regular updates to the executive team on the progress and results of strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for the Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives include enterprise strategy development, leading the annual target letter process, and providing strategic oversight of the enterprise transformation roadmap. The role also involves assessing and developing business cases for new strategic initiatives, as well as managing top strategic relationships across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in coaching and mentoring teams, a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, and an effective communicator with the ability to influence and drive change. Change management experience and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams are essential for this position.
